NHS Hampshire & Isle of Wight ICB - Direct Payment Audit Support
PPL are working with NHS Hampshire & Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (NHS IOW ICB) to support the process of auditing a number of Personal Health Budget (PHB) direct payment bank accounts.
The auditing of direct payment bank accounts is an important step in helping to ensure that the level of PHB funding continues to meet the assessed need for each individual and that the funding is being used inline with the care and support plan agreed with NHS HIOW ICB.
The PPL Audit Support team have been asked by NHS HIOW ICB to make contact with individuals who choose to manage their PHB using a direct payment bank account and complete a financial audit of the 12 month period between 1st August 2024 and 31st July 2025.
To support the audit process, all individuals that have been contacted by the PPL Audit Support team are being asked to complete the short form below.
Once the form is completed, the PPL Audit Support Team will review the responses, and contact each individual directly to confirm next steps in the audit process within 5 working days.
