NHS North Central London ICB - PHB Review Support
PPL are working with NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board (NHS NCL ICB) to support the process of reviewing a number of Personal Health Budget (PHB) accounts.
The reviewing of PHB accounts is an important step in helping to ensure that the level of funding continues to meet the assessed need for each individual and that the funding is being used in line with the care and support plan agreed with NHS NCL ICB.
The PPL team have been asked by NHS NCL ICB to make contact with you to understand how the funding is being used and ensure an appropriate level of support is being offered to each individual and their support network.
